Without giving specifics, attorney Cliff Arnebeck said challenges of the results would continue in state or federal courts. But he conceded that there was nothing available now to try to prevent Bush's inauguration.Presumably, that's any forum that doesn't have that pesky 'burden of proof' requirement. Dan Rather should be expecting a phone call any moment now.
"We are not quitting. We are going on to any other forum that's available and we intend to pursue those avenues aggressively," Arnebeck said.

Miracles do Happen
The plaintiffs challenging the results of the Ohio presidential election asked to drop their lawsuit today, the AP reports. Apparently they realize that it's a moot point now that the electorial votes have been certified.
